The Cat'll Ring is a magic ring that is fashioned in the shape of a sleeping cat wrapped around the wearer's finger.
Requires attunement.
Once per day per wizarding level, the wearer can extend their will to command a single felid (member of any cat species including Wampus Cat) to perform a single simple action as per the Command spell. In the hands of powerful wizards, this makes herding cats as easy as herding cattle. :D
