A character can use the Craft (Potions) skill to attempt to brew a potion. Each potion is unique in its effects, its difficulty, and its prep time. Potion-making requires a cauldron, water, a potion-making ingredient pouch, and a heat source. Additionally, potion-making without standard potion-making equipment incurs a -2 penalty. As long as a character has a potion-making component pouch, she can hold as many generic potion-making components as she wishes (within reason, please). Many potions, however, require additional expensive or rare ingredients (listed under Ingredients in the table below), and these must be acquired separately in order to attempt to brew the potion. The effects of potions vary widely; some grant the user seemingly infinite luck whereas others cause instant death.  If no prep time is listed, assume 2 hours must be devoted to crafting the potion.[https://docs.google.com/document/d/18WVXmcnlkfZtP711uP5BbB9BgxKSMKWbOpPWiaOX6jA/edit]
